Mission Statement

Use innovative resources through print and other media to edify the Church and each auxiliary in ways that enhance the membership experience and increase visibility within the church, and community.


The HUB provides local community resources and information to provide opportunities for NLBC members and visitors to be informed, empowered or advocate in areas with the biggest impact on marginalized communities. Please feel free to browse or share information with others who may benefit.

The Guest Service leads create a welcoming environment with exceptional customer service at the Welcome Center for members, visitors, and other Ministry Leaders during Sunday Worship services.

Public Relations

The Public Relations Leads help build partnerships with community organizations or businesses and assist church auxiliaries with marketing and promotion of events and activities to increase visibility within the church and community.

Church Historian

Lead Dr. Thelma Jackson
The Church Historian collects, preserves, and presents information and artifacts associated with the history of NLBC since its establishment in 1975.
