Q: Do I need to have a copy of my ticket to get in?
A: Yes, but you can provide a printout or a phone copy at the Check-in.
Q: Can I request accommodation for disability needs?
A: Yes, send email to Operations@nlbclacey.net by Sept. 14th.
Q. Is there convenient parking available?
A: Yes, there will be complimentary parking in the event garage. A parking code will be emailed to you within 5 days of the event.
Q: If I do not drive, do I pay the same ticket price?
A: Yes, the $60 price is a flat fee for the meal and other event expenses, to include complimentary parking.
Q: What are the side dishes for meal options?
A:
1. Smoked Chicken, brie risotto, and celery root mash;
2. Pacific Salmon, roasted tomatoes, and brussels sprouts;
3. Vegan Ravioli, asparagus and seasonal vegetables.
Q: Can I purchase a ticket(s) offline with cash or check?
A: Yes, office staff can assist if you deliver in person or mail payment to NLBC, P.O. Box 3730, Lacey, WA 98509-3730.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cannot attend?
A: All sales are final, but tickets are transferable upon written request to Operations@nlbclacey.net by September 14th.
Q: Can I change my menu option?
A: Sure. You must request by email to Operations@nlbclacey.net.
Q: Can my children attend the gala?
A: Seating is limited and preferred for adult guests, but children can attend at the full ticket price.
Q: Can I request to sit at the same table with my friends?
A: Sorry, no. Only VIP Sponsors and full table groups will have designated table seating. All other general seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Otherwise, you can designate a friend to hold a seat for you upon their arrival.
